Ike & Tina Turner - Delilah’s Power - Album

Delilah’s Power from 1977 was released one year after Ike & Tina separated. The title track was the only single release two years before, to promote their European tour. It also includes a different version of their hit single I Want To Take You Higher from 1970. The front cover is very unusual and futuristic. The pictures on the back cover are from Norman Seeff, who photographed Ike & Tina as well as Tina solo many times. The album was reissued on the double CD Delilah’s Power / Airwaves in 2011.
