Tina Turner - Music of Quality and Distinction Vol. 1 - Album

Music Of Quality And Distinction - Volume One was released from the British Electric Foundation (B.E.F.) in 1982 with newly interpreted cover versions of classic songs. Tina was asked to record a new version of the 1970 Temptations hit Ball Of Confusion with a modern instrumental background. Released as a single the same year, it became surprisingly a hit in the Norwegian charts. The CD release in 1991 contains a remixed version of the song, which is also available on the 1994 box set The Collected Recordings. The following year, Martin Ware and Ian Craig Marsh produced also Tina's comeback single Let's Stay Together.
