Saturday Night Live (SNL) is an American late-night television show, which premiered on NBC on October 11, 1975 under the original title NBC's Saturday Night. Tina Turner was in the show three times guest with live performances and as a sketch partner. Her first appearance was together with Rod Stewart with the duet Hot Legs, shortly before she joined Rod at his L.A. Forum concert in Los Angeles. The second time was in 1985 with three songs live from her Private Dancer album and a sketch with Martin Short. The third and last time was in 1997 to promote her album Wildest Dreams. The 1985 live performance of Better Be Good To Me and the two sketches were released on home video in 2003 and 2004.
