TINA: Song

is a soul song, written by Eddie Floyd and Steve Cropper and was first recorded by Wilson Pickett in 1965. The phone number 634-5789 is a reference to the Marvelettes hit „Beechwood 4-5789“. Tina Turner performed the song live together with Robert Cray for her Break Every Rule special, released first on TV and later on home video. It was also the last single from the album Live In Europe in The Netherlands.
