What’s Love? A Tribute to Tina Turner is the first and only Tina Turner tribute album with some of Tina’s greatest solo hits as well as some songs from Ike & Tina Turner. The songs were performed by artists like Kip Winger (former Alice Cooper bass player), Alannah Myles (best known for the stunning track "Black Velvet“), Tiffany (had a #1 on the American Billboard charts), Darlene Love (released several songs from Phil Spector in 1963) and Jane Child (nominated for 4 Juno awards). Richard Kendrick, interpreter of Tina’s smash Better Be Good To Me, produced ten of the songs and was responsible for the album concept and instrumentation. The full album with a different song order was reissued on the 3 CD set The Many Faces of Tina Turner in 2018.
