Dust My Broom is a cover song, originally recorded as „I Believe I'll Dust My Broom" by American blues artist Robert Johnson in 1936. Ike and Tina released it twice: First in 1966 as a non album track, produced by Ray Charles. This version was later included into the tracklist of the sampler Souled Out in 1971 and after the success of Proud Mary, this single reissue reached the CashBox chart. The b-side track Anything You Wasn’t Born With was already released as a single in 1966.
