The MTV Foreign Affair was a special about Tina’s Foreign Affair Tour from a concert in Athens (Greece) on August 28, 1990. It features interviews with Tina and her band, backstage footage and some snippets from the concert. Included is also a short scene from the rehearsals in Milan (Italy) with Tina performing the song „Good Times“, which was only on the setlist at the beginning of the tour. At the same time, the Greek TV channel ET2 produced a similar special with a lot of more backstage footage and a different interview with Tina.
