Tina Giving Her Best was a special from the music channel VH-1 to promote the album Foreign Affair. It features an exclusive interview with Tina, in which she speaks about the album and the new songs with some music and live videos in between. It includes also two Plymouth commercials with Tina and some unreleased scenes from the video shooting of her recent single The Best, with Tina dancing in the desert and riding the horse.
