Way Of The World is a wonderful ballad, written by Albert Hammond & Graham Lyle. It’s an previously unreleased song, taken from the greatest hits compilation Simply The Best and the second single from the album. Tina promoted it amongst others at the German tv show Wetten Dass…? and performed it live at the charts show „Top of the Pops“ on November 14, 1991 in England.

The music video was released in two slightly different versions for the American and European market. It was directed by the famous photographer Herb Ritts and produced by Mick Kleber. It was filmed in black and white and shows an absolutely gorgeous looking Tina between scenes of a man and a woman, lying in water, walking outside of some buildings in 'Bauhaus' style and playing around in a desert. Both clips are available on the LaserDisc edition of the Simply The Best video collection, but are still waiting for a release on DVD. In 1992, the video received a „Goldene Kamera“ award in the category „Music Video of the Year“ in Germany.

Released in November 1991 in Europe and in January 1992 in America from Capitol / EMI Records on 7“ & 12“ vinyl, cassette and 5“ CD, Way Of The World reached #13 in England, #31 in Europe and #33 in Germany. It was also a #5 airplay hit in Europe.

In addition, we also find three brandnew titles, which Tina presents for the first time on this album. One of these new tracks is "WAY OF THE WORLD", a catchy midtempo number by Albert Hammond and Graham Lyle. The two top authors have already written some of Tina’s greatest chart successes - individually and collectively - just remember the title "I Don’t Wanna Lose You", which they wrote together as well.
