TINA: Single

What’s Love (Symphonic) (2018)

Tina Turner - What's Love Got To Do With It (Symphonic Version) - Single

What’s Love Got To Do With It (Symphonic Version) includes brand new symphonic and string arrangements, recorded by the 50 piece London Studio Orchestra in the legendary Studio 2 at Abbey Road Studios. It was taken from the album 80’s Symphonic, with 15 iconic 80s songs from David Bowie, a-ha, Foreigner, Simple Minds, Simply Red, Tina Turner, Pretenders, Ultravox and many other timeless artists. In contrast to the original version of What’s Love Got To Do With It from 1984, it features a longer vocal performance from Tina, because this version isn’t faded out at the end of the song. For promotion, Rhino Records released a 5“ CD promo for radio stations.
