Queen Of Rock’n Roll is a sampler with songs originally released on the Ike & Tina Turner studio album So Fine from 1968 and Outta Season from 1969 as well as one song from The Ikettes. The track list includes nothing special, but the album was in addition to the regular vinyl release also available as a wonderful picture disc, released approximately in 1986 in Europe with two different front side pictures. In Switzerland, it was also available with a promotional sleeve for the Swiss newspaper Blick.
