International Rock Awards (also Coca-Cola Award) was an American music award ceremony to honor the top musicians of rock music, broadcasted on ABC for three years. At the first show in 1989 at the New York State Armory, Tina joined many other singer and musicians like Dave Edmunds, Jeff Healy and Vernon Reid to provide her vocals on the song „Keep On Knocking,“ together with Keith Richards and Eric Clapton, after she presented the award for „Artist of the Year“ to Guns 'N' Roses. At her speech, Tina called the award the „Elvis Award“.
