Let’s Pretend We’re Married

was written and first released by Prince on his album „1999“ in 1982. Tina Turner covered the song in 1984 and used it as the opener of her shows. At her Private Dancer Tour in 1985, she performed it once again live, but only in Europe. A version recorded in Chicago on September 09, 1984 was released on the last singles from the album Private Dancer in 1985 on the b-side.
