Premios Amigo (1999)

Premios Amigo was an annual Spanish music award from 1997 until 2007, to honor the most successful national and international singers and groups in the Spanish charts. It was the equivalent to the Grammys and the Brit Awards. Tina Turner received the award in 1999 at a ceremony in the Congress Centre of Madrid, presented by Alejandro Sanz. She also promoted her recent single When The Heartache Is Over on stage.
