Goes Country is a reissue of the album Good Hearted Woman, originally released in 1979. Beside the original tracklist, it features two additional medleys on compact disc, reviewed in Billboard magazine in it’s issue from August 3, 1985. The cover picture was taken from the Acid Queen photo session. The album was not sold in stores but was only available as a direct order, promoted on the Nashville Network and the Satellite Program Network. Later, all tracks were issued many times with different cover pictures and under different titles.
