A Current Affair (1993)

A Current Affair is an Australian current affairs program, which covers the realms of politics, crime, human rights, science, technology, celebrities and entertainment. In 1993, Tina was guest to promote her album, movie and tour What’s Love Got To Do With It. The interview with Mike Willesee was very uncomfortable for her, because he confronted her with Ike Turner, who was also interviewed from Mike just before. However, Tina managed to get through the interview gracefully and explained: „I don’t want to start an argument with Ike Turner via satellite.“ In 2023, they remembered Tina also in a special, after she passed away.
